UV Reactive Sodalite Dragon Head Carving

This material in the crystal market is often called Yooperlite but Yooperlite is a local specific name for a mineral found on the shores of the Great Lakes in the United States. The carvings, spheres, palmstones, and other polished materials you will see are almost always made from material that is sourced from Madagascar. So while these items looks like Yooperlite, it would not be correct to call it Yooperlite because of the locality of which it was mined.
