Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via USPS unless a more affordable alternative is available for heavier packages.  They are generally packed and shipped within 3 business days. Under VERY unique circumstances please allow up to one week for orders to ship. If there are any questions about your shipment please reach out through our email thecrystalcellarllc@gmail.com.

 We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if the wrong address has been provided to us in the shipping section when the order is placed. We do take care of our customers and will always do our best to retrieve shipments and find solutions. Please double check your shipping address at check out.

USPS packages are insured up to $100, though, insurance payouts are determined by USPS once a claim and proof is submitted. If any items arrive damaged or broken please retain all packing material, the box, the contents, and the label so an insurance claim through USPS can be submitted. We are happy to handle insurance claims for our customers but we would need for the package and contents to be shipped back to us because often USPS requests shipments be brought into their office for inspection. Please take photos of all damage to the box and the items inside.
