Quality is incredibly important to us in our lapidary. Because nearly all of our tumbles are made from natural stone, each one is unique—and natural imperfections are part of working with materials created by the earth.
As stone forms, it can naturally develop pits, crevices, fractures, and uneven surfaces. Shifting within the earth can create additional imperfections, and even the tumbling process itself can occasionally reveal or create small cracks. Because of this, only a small percentage of natural stone tumbles will ever be completely flawless.
That said, we take great pride in the quality of our work. We carefully inspect our tumbles and strive to offer beautiful, well-polished pieces we're proud to put our name on. You can feel confident that the quality you receive will reflect the same beautiful stones you see featured in our social media videos.
